The TopSquash Experience is our signature discovery program — a specially curated day that gives absolute beginners, families, and communities a feel of what squash (and TopSquash) is all about. It’s not a training session. It’s an experience.
We begin with breathwork, yoga, and mobility to awaken the body, set intentions, and build focus — all backed by energizing music. This is followed by a dynamic intro to squash: movement drills, fun rally-based games, and simplified technique guided by professional players.
The day finishes on a high — with a refreshing swim, optional ice bath or jacuzzi, and a short reflection to cool down and reconnect.
Whether you’re 8 or 80, this is your chance to explore the sport in a setting that’s welcoming, social, and truly unforgettable.
